Why the hell do you people make these regulations so complicated? Is it to justify your jobs? It is getting insane. It has gotten to where if a guy wants to go fishing in the Gulf, he has to check the regulations DAILY!! Fishing is supposed to be a RECREATIONAL activity. I understand the need for limits, etc., but Jesus, keep it simpler. A man should be able to look at a set of printed regulations at the beginning of the year and go by them for that calendar year. If you determine that a species was over-fished during the course of that year, adjust it for the next year. I honestly don't believe that we can fish a particular specie into extinction in ONE year. This micro-managed BS that is going on now is a joke.
