This is a comment in regards to Document ID#: NOAA-NMFS-2013-0038. I AGREE. There MUST be a LIMIT on fishing Snappers and Yellowtails including other Marine life. We must implement a limit to fishing all species to protect our reef and all marine life. These fish are over fished and there must be a stop to it. I don't understand why this was not implemented long time ago. My name is Sharon Rouco, CEO of a vegan catering and culinary company, Numoon Corp in Miami FL and I want to put a stop to over fishing snapper, yellowtail and all marine life!
