my comment is this, while I want to back you guys up on your effort to restore our fisheries, but I like every recreational fisherman dont understand where you get your data? no one ever contacts us about the catch so we know your data is useless. NOAA is making decisions and statements about the fishery based on information that is completely fabricated.
