the biennel review process is fake and a set up to let commercial fish profiteers rape the oceans. they are starving all marine mammals. this regulation does not meet the plain english law and must be rewritten. please show me an eighth grader who can understand the gobbledy gook in this regulation.all quotas you have listed in this proposal should be cut 25%immediately. this agency pimps for commercial fish profiteers and rips off the national owners of allthe fish - all 325 million americans. this agency uses junk science. i oppose increase in white hake catch limits. the stocks are not rebounding at all and they cant because your quotas are always too high and this agency keeps allowing new bigger boats to fish. it is impossible to believe with the billions this agency getst that it cant et honest fish stock information - but thats because it doesnt want to. it wants to engaged in ublic deception, just like the total govt does in lying about the deficit - same crap is gooing on in this agency. cut yellow tail from 10400 mt to 4000 mt. this overfishing is starving marine life in the ocean. this comment is for the public record. jean public 2 glenway flemington nj 08822
