yes, i support sperm whales being listed as the most protected of species and i want my comment to count in your understanding of what this agency should be doing. i find that so many agencies are completely unresponsive to the public and only respond to rich oil and gas companies in our waters. why is that? why does their big money influence our govt or is there a cabal going on between govt employees and oil & gas profiteers. i would expect an answers please. this comment is for thepublic register. jean public btw i gried to access this site this am and it was not available. i wrote to healther coll and now this pm it is taking comments. i am glad to see it runnig. but it was not running for a day and a half until i notified healther. that is negligent. when the public is direcgted to a site to comment, it should be up and running and available, ont comein days later. that hurts public comment.
