i do not think there should only be catch "recommendations". i believe ther should be definite limits set. i believe this agency should be a regulator, not a recommendator. i also ask for a 25% reducation in the 3 species noted immediately. it is clear that all of the species will be extinct with the lax inept negligent measures allowed by noaa, which only works for fisherment, not for the general good of the entire usa which owns the fish. the first priority for this agency should be our children and our heritage for ALL CITIZENS, NOT THE FEW WHO KILL. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO BASIS FOR AN INCREASE IN TAKE.
