Regarding allowing large vessels to discharge sewage in our Channel Islands Marine Sanctuary: I can?t believe this is even in doubt. How dare we pollute our ocean any further let alone within the boundaries of the sanctuary. Let them hold it in their hold until they return to their port of origin where they can properly pump out their holding tanks for disposal or treatment. Sincerely, Ken Stenberg
