Both my wife and I would like to express our support for the proposed regulations regarding vessel discharge (docket number NOAA-NOS-2007-0846). Restricting commercial vessel discharge in the Santa Barbara Channel is extremely important to the health of our fragile marine ecosystem and we would support the most stringent restrictions legally applicable.
