RE CHANNEL ISLAND MARINE SANCTUARY ALL SHIPS SHOULD HAVE TO PUMP OUT THEIR SEWARGE AND WASTE ONTO LAND. THE TIME FOR DESPOILING THE SEA IS OVER. THE PROFITEERS HAVE BEEN FAR TOO DESTRUCTIVE TO THE ENVIRONMENT. IT IS TIME TO STOP THESE FLOATING CESSPOOLS FROM THEIR DESTRUCTINO. B. SACHAU
