i fully support keeping all fishing and research out of this area and keep it sacrosanct from all boats. you have written up this proposal in a somewhat sneaky deceptive way. for example, it should not say trawling is subject to regulation - it should say trawling is banned totally and permanently. all other forms of fishing should have a similar statement in this document. it should definitely ban all fishing gear of any type from being in this area. i also think the statement about "any activities not listed is subject to "temporary restriction - that should be changed to say any activities not listed that hurt this area is subject to permanent restriction. it is cime we get the commercial fish profiteers who decimate an areas fish from continuing their horrible pattern of overfishing all over and stealing the fish that belong to ordinary american citizens.
