Gulf of the Farallones and Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuaries Regulations on Introduced Species

I think that NOAA should be allowed to regulate introduced species in these sanctuaries. As long as they are properly regulated, on a monthly basis, these waters should stay healthy and harmful species should be removed.
