Dear Mr. Sean Norton, I am writing in support of the proposed Marine Sanitation Device Discharge Regulation for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary Rule. I feel it is vital that we keep the sanctuary a sanctuary for everyone. As a Minnesotan, I realize how important it is to protect our wildlife and land. The FKNMS is already a santuary and steps should be taken for it to remain as such. I applaud the efforts of the National Oceanic and Atmoshperic Administration. By proposing the marine sanitation device discharge regulations, they are taking measures to ensure this happens. The elimination of one of the contributing factors to declining water quality of the FKNMS will help overall quality of the sanctuary. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Konnie Sakry
