If this change is approved, a serious threat to aviators will ensue. The Coastal waters present a very challenging flying environment for aviators of small aircraft. With the current FAR's flying under the conditions presented by coastal flying is restrictive enough. To further increase these restrictions could pose a serious safety of flight issue for aviators. I believe that that the entities proposing these further restrictions do not fully understand the impact to aviation that this would have. On another note, leave airspace regulation and management to the agency that my taxes pay to that job; The FAA. The current regulations and rules established by the FAA work just fine!
