In reference to the "Amendments to National Marine Sanctuary Regulations Regarding Low Overflights in Designated Zones" - RIN 0648-AX79, I would strongly suggest that Tomales Bay be added as a zone within the Gulf of the Farallones Marine Sanctuary where low-flying aircraft would be restricted. Tomales Bay is home to a colony of harbor seals, a colony of cormorants (at Hog Island) and is visited by tens of thousands of wintering birds each year. All of this wildlife can be greatly disturbed by low-flying aircraft. Please help retain this priceless natural area. Thank you.
