My home is Hawaii but my roots are still planted in Aunu'u. As a matter of fact I still have many relatives living on Aunuu. I grew up on Aunuu and roaming the coral reefs of Aunuu during low tide was part of life. It was also the only way to guarantee you'll have a meal for the next few days. It impossible to put a restriction on any island when the islanders rely on these resources for survival. You may say that we can use the unrestricted area, but you need to understand that women and children usually go out to the reefs to gather these ocean delicacies, while the men toil daily at the plantations. I am strongly opposing this proposed rule, you can't put a restriction on human necessity. Restricting the islanders from accessing their shores for food is simply cruel and inhumane. So again I am absolutely against this proposed rule.
