What is the purpose of the expansion? What is this expansion will do to benefit the people of the island? And how come after so many years went by, our forefathers, and fathers never thought about meddle with such expansion then? Is this some kind of a rewrite history, making the Amendment a collective right connected to benefit those who brought such issue about Fagatele Bay expansion? I'm little consternated about what is the real purpose here. I wish they will leave things as they are, and be happy about what we got through blessings from our Heavenly Father. Some people trying so hard to make history on futile, egregious issue. Seems to me that someone is trying to put more restriction to what is available to people, as their freedom to choose, and to enjoy when they go out fishing and what not. Without penalized for trespassing, etc.
