I oppose the sanctuaries expansion. The proposed areas of expansion can be managed by the community since it is the community that uses the resources. Moreover, research in Fogama'a bay can be done without it becoming a sanctuary. It would be more helpful to everyone if the federal government were to help the community sustain and conserve the bay as it is now than it would be for the federal government to take this bay and upset the community.
