NO Sonar testing should be done in the waters of the Gulf and Atlantic due to the dangers it causes to the mammals that live there. The Atlantic waters are habitat for protected whale species that need to be protected. Also, dead marine life from these tests would was ashore and endanger the Tourism Industry for the state.
