I want to express my strong support for RIN 1024-AD53, restricting access to Snowy Plover habitat in GGNRA, and most particularly, restricting off-leash dogs in the Crissy Field area. Limits to dog walking in plover habitat are an important first step in Plover conservation, and setting aside Plover areas from human activity in other California coastal sites has led to dramatic recovery of plovers in those affected areas. As a local resident and a regular visitor to Crissy Field and the Presidio, I strongly encourage GGNRA to move forward with this important regulation. Mimi Calter
