re; rin 1024-AD73 i am very disappointed that my access to yellowstone national park might be even further reduced. i feel that winter snowmobile access should be expanded with strict enforcement of reasonable rules, similar to summer auto and motorcycle rules. i feel that even alternative 2 will result in enough increased expense that i could not bring my wife, children and grandchildren to see it in its winter splendor. i toured the park by snowmobile in jan. 1997 and found it beautiful and enjoyable and vowed to return with my wife and family.
