this is another giveaway that nobody in american wants by a lame duck, inept president and his crooked gang that he appointed to office. we dont want this legislation and in his lame duck days, bush is giving away the store - maybe looking for what he gets out of it later. we need to get rid of lame duck stages for anybody in office because it leads to this kind of harm to the american people. we dont need this national park service regulation at all. bush gaveaway to the atv folks who pollute up our areas regularly now courtesy of this same inept worst president in the history of america. it is time for all federal agencies to take a hard look at the stupidity emanating from this lame duck administration and put a halt to all fo this lame duck regulation. we have a new administration coming into power. we dont need these giveaways that emanate from corruption. it is time for the new administration to make policy, not this administration which has proven itself to be inept - i.e. wall street, etc.
