July 16th, 2009 Pertaining to the proposed rule under (RIN) 1024-AD50, I strongly urge the NPS to NOT decide to regulate the Diamond Creek and below section of the Colorado river. The current regulated section is adequate from Lee's Ferry to Diamond Creek. The unregulated section from Diamond Creek and below is a great opportunity for recreation and does not currently propose enough issues and problems with recreational use, nor overuse to warrant changing NPS regulation to include this section. The NPS should use the money and effort to maintain the current regulated section as best they can. Thank you for considering my request, Jamie Bach RN
