I wish to submit a comment in favor of 0pening the beaches at the Cape Hatteras National Sea shore to more public access. The land was taken from the citizens of North Carolina by the federal government with the promise that we would always have the beaches to use. For once I would like the federal government to actually keep a promise and stop the abusive and overly burdensome regulations it has placed on our land.
