I believe the allocation of 330 and 80 (Level A) is too high for the resources at stake. However, if this is the best we (i.e. this nation) can do for this unique one-of-a-kind world class National Park, then I support the rule. It is sad though that economic interests have such a stranglehold on how/when/where precious natural resources are protected and preserved.
