I live in Charleston and visit the NRG with my two young boys (6 and 8) often. I am in the process of closing on a house that borders the park. The new rules opening the park to bikes have been great and I fully support any additional rules or changes in the rules that will allow additional biking. Many of the other activities commonly done in the park are either things that cost significant money or activities that are not suitable for small kids (rafting and climbing). The bike trails have opened the park to many new users and should provide an economic benefit to the community.
