While this proposal is necessary in a time of hightened security across the United States, especially within the bounds of specificallyu dangerous areas like Airports and Nuclear Power Plants, the proposal must be specified. In order to avoid entangling circumstances where a person is unecessarily fined or punished. specific parts of the proposal should be specified. On dangerous weapons, dangerous weapons include things like guns and explosives, or otherwise items that could be used to overpower the Power Plant's security teams. A weapon like a knife would not be able to do this, since the plant security teams carry guns, and so it should not be specified as a dangerous weapon. On the signs, it is important to make them as visual as possible. A large, visible font and color must be used, with a background color that draw attention to the sign. Also, there should be lighting on the sign, such as lights installed around its edges, so it can be seen day and night. What is most important is that the sign attracts attention, that it cannot be missed. It is not doing its job when it is visible, but a person walking by it would not notice it. It must attract attention using bold and large print, and bold colors and lighting to attract attention. All of this must be done in order to prevent any unnecessary circumstance, where an oblivious person is tried for a criminal act he did not try to commit. Thank you for allowing me to submit this comment. Andrew Smith
