Q.(4) No with respect to uranium exploration, drilling, analytical testing activities required for mine development. The NRC and their current and potential interpretation of its field inspectors may be dealing a death warrant to the domestic uranium industry. If it is the intent of the NRC to eliminate all future nuclear power development in the US, powered by domestic reserves, eliminating the ability to test the economic viability of ore reserves would serve as an excellent first step.
