Q.(6) What is the definition of the quantity specified; in the case of uranium, would this be one pound of uranium natural (Unat) or one pound of material containing 0.05% uranium natural? NRC should establish guidelines for municipal landfills to accept NORM and certain forms of source material and byproduct material based on a combination of mass and activity.
