NRC-2012-0211: "First, the NRC is proposing to change the current hourly rate of $274 to $277 for FY 2013, an increase of 1.1 percent. This increase in hourly rate is a result of an increased agency direct budgetary resource for FY 2013." Ideally this would identify what hourly rate that is -- the rate NRC charges for its oversight staff, as a direct overhead, the burdened rate placed on all onsite staff, or the rate charged to owners as a burdened overhead rate for additional contract staff. All three are different, and the NRC charges for all three, as I understand it.
