Revision of Fee Schedules; Fee Recovery for Fiscal Year 2013

I fully support the revision to the NRC fee schedule for FY 2013. NRC's proposed fees are appropriate due to inflation and extra expenses. The NRC, after the Fukushima Daiichi accident, has had to perform more studies, analysis and inspections to determine the lessons learned and the applicability to aging US reactors.
