Proposed Models for Plant-Specific Adoption of Technical Specifications Task Force Traveler TSTF-426, Revision 5, "Revise or Add Actions to Preclude Entry into LCO 3.0.3 - RITSTF Initiatives 6B and 6C"

The TSTF has the following comments: 1) The Notice for Availability should state the Traveler will be available under the Consolidated Line Item Improvement Process (CLIIP) as stated in the model Safety Evaluation. The Notice for Comment did not do so. 2) The proposed model Safety Evaluation, Section 2.0, "Regulatory Evaluation," third paragraph, last sentence, states, "All references to the TS 3.1.9 change in this model SE have been bracketed." This should be revised to state, "All references to the TS 3.6.6A change in this model SE have been bracketed."
