The NRC should grant license to foreign owned entities to own a nuclear plant in the US. The actual plant operators should be US citizens and security cleared as they are now. We allow foreign owned airlines and even forien pilots to fly into the united states and we all know what an airplane can do when it is purposly crashed! where is the logic in the current NRC rule in the foreign ownership. It is like saying don't come to our country and invest billions of dollars and create thousands of JOBS here.
