Wildlife Habitat Incentive Program

I don't agree with the new change proposed to WHIP requiring that the landowner show they are producing agricultural income off the property. In the past WHIP has been the only program for us to work with private landowners on conservation practices with the federal programs. It would be dissappointing to see this opportunity to apply conservation on private lands dissappear.
