I would like the OFCCP to provide accurate lists to job placement programs, who help to place individuals with disabilities into jobs, of federal contractors and subcontractors so that we can contact these companies and offer assistance to them in their outreach and affirmative action requirements. I would also recommend that the OFCCP provide federal contractors with lists of the agencies in their areas who can help them meet their hiring needs. Federal contractors should also be required to meet face-to-face, at least yearly, with VR agencies, or like programs, to help foster beneficial working relationships that center around the employment of people with disabilities.
