Comment on FR Doc # 2011-31371

I grew up with a Dad who had polio. I have seen first hand the trials he went through to get hired. If you want to ensure everyone gets a chance at a job, please get the government out of our way and let our businesses grow. It is the government and all the extra requirements that are keeping those with disabilities from being hired. Less government requlations = expanding business = more jobs = more opportunity for all people. Please, just think like a private employer for once. Thanks,
