These comments are submitted on behalf of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). NELA endorses the views of the National Partnership for Women & Families and their co-signing organizations, communicated by letter comment of March 4, 2011, concerning the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ proposed rescission of two 2006 guidance documents regarding compensation discrimination. NELA believes that rescinding these documents will significantly advance OFCCP’s mission and enforcement goals.
