I think we need to be cautious in adding more requirements to the Affirmative Action and Non discrimination obligations. We already have quite a few things to track and it is becoming burdensome for large companies to maintain all the information. If there is an issue with employment of Veterans maybe there is a better way to help that issue. For instance providing more assistance to those individuals during the job search. I know there are companies that specialize in placement for displaced Veterans, more funding of those resources. The tracking does not necessarily solve the problem, but creates a headache for those on my end of the picture.
