From: Jean Public <jeanpublic1@yahoo.com> trete secretary is overboard on using national land for cheap leases to miners and grazers,e tc. our land is being destroyed and the taxppayers get virtually nothing for its use and the land is left destroyed. the american public owns these national lands. their ovbersight is deficient and negligent. the secretary is giving cheap cheap rates to profiteers. the national treasury gets nothing from this land. the secretary lets leasholders desroy the national land and allows leases that allow dstruction of natural beauty and utility. the wild horses are being killed andnot allowed to have any land to live on any more because of this nasty policy of this secretary. the secrtary of guilty of mismanagement of the national lands, owned by national taxpayers. the sectary takes no interst in being a sound healthful environmental manager. the secretary appears to be just another politician do nothing. even the cheap lease revenue is negligently collected or not collected at all. the lost money to the national treasury is enormous. the crooked system going on at blm where employees who were known to take bribes are still workin there shows the lax character and negligence of this agency. it shows political corruption and crime. this agency is a complete waste of american tax dollars. we need tightening up. the american public is fed up with this agency.it needs much better management to enforce laws. our land is being destroyed. this comment is for the public record. jean public
