Subpart P-Customs and Border Protection Officers Section 831.1602 Definitions It appears a distinction is being made between primary positions and secondary positions. If previous experience in the primary position is required, then why the distinction ? Section 831.1607 The increase in percentage rate of withholdings from the basic pay of customs and border protection officers should be waived or phased in over a period of time for current officers. This will help afford economic hardship to the men and women who work in Customs and Border Protection
