It is a "no-brainer". As a personal experience, I am fortunate enough that my husband has a good insurance, but I had worked with people during my deployments, that they have to go to work sick because they can not afford to go to the doctor. And that is not good for anybody, because if you have employess that show-up sick they may get other people sick. So, in general I believe is a good thing and a possible tool to attrack new reservist.
