Request for Extension of Time for Submitting Comments On behalf of the more than 170 member companies of STI/SPFA, representing over 20,000 employees who may be directly impacted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Proposed Rule for Confined Space in Construction, I hereby request a sixty (60) day extension of time for submitting written comments.
