This is comment on Proposed Rule

Explosives; Extension of Comment Period

The proposal of adding firearm primers, powders, and ammunition to the 'explosives' category will only serve to add an undue burden on law abiding tax paying citizens. There is no documented proof that this will increase safety. This appears to be a back door attempt of anti 2nd ammendment radicals to infringe on my rights.
