Updating OSHA Standards Based on National Consensus Standards; Direct Final Rule

I believe that implementation of the proposed direct final rule (which would delete reference to the national consensus standard ANSI A10.3) will imperil worker safety. I therefore request that the proposed direct final rule be rescinded, or in the alternative be stayed for one year to allow for further study and an opportunity to educate those entrusted with workplace safety regulations.
