We salute the excellent work carried out by the OSHA staff in preparing the Preamble, PIRFA and SBREFA documents. It is clear that the final rule is clear and reflects the mind of CDAC. As we continue to study the final text we expect to find no surprises or illogical conditions. We look forward to the virtual elimination of all crane power line accidents thus allowing at least two men to go home each week to their families who would otherwise be in the morgue. Remember Rory Moore who was tragically,slowly, needlessly and illegally electrocuted by a crane power line contact in Texas.
