I am a crane operator with a concern; Please consider a rule for lifting over fresh air bottles. Often lifts are made over these bottles and an employee in an IDLH (immediately dangerous to life and health) environments such as a confined space, has no time to evacuate when his/her life line has been cut. Thank You Kelley Osburn
