In North Dakota we are trying hard to get everyone certified and are really struggling with the limited number of certified examiners and qualified trainers available. If you add the additional personnel to those needing certification it makes the task that much more difficult. It would certainly help if you'd delay this addition until after the existing deadline (November 2014) for the construction industry operators
