Fall protection for rolling stock and the trucking industry should be requried for any employee working at a height of 4 feet or more. Each year drivers and shop techs. are injured from falls from tankers and flatbed trailers. I know of 4 deaths from this type fall in Alabama. I'm requesting you to include rolling stock & CMV's in this rule
