Please keep the regulation as is. As a Safety Consultant, my clients range from construction, offices and manufactures who all have had bloodborne pathogen issues. The regulation helps those companies, workers and staff to know what to do when there is an accident in which blood is exchanged. It also helps those of us who are trying to make tobacco chewers responsible for their spitting and keeping porta-potties clean! Thanks
