In the spirit of staying away from regulatory duplication...A reminder that for all railroads regulated by the Federal Railroad Administration there is already a whistleblower policy in effect. Reference: 49 CFR 225.33 (a) (1) & (2). Will there be clarification with this new rule? Thank-You, Martin Cocker
