Combustible Dust

I think a License for Combustible Dust Remediation/Cleaning should be implemented. In order to obtain a License, the contractor, consultant, or testing lab, must pass an extensive written test, prepared by either OSHA, or an independent 3d Party. Based on my background, with mold remediation cleaning services, TX, FL and MD, now require Mold remediation contractors to have a Special Mold Remediation license. You also need a special license for Asbestos and Lead Paint Remediation (with the EPA). Here are the forms from TX, for mold remediation. (The first state to implement this license) http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/mold/docs/mrcompany.doc http://www.tdi.state.tx.us/forms/pcpersonal/pc326mdr1.pdf http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/mold/forms.shtm#state As we know, Combustible dust can/is more Deadly than any Mold remediation project out there. If a remediation contractor, is not aware of the hazards, then a disaster can take place at a manufacturing facility. See my attached published article on some of the precautions required.
